We are looking for Support Workers to work extra with us at our LSS accommodation in Norrviken / Sollentuna
You will work as a Support Worker in a facility where 9 people with varying needs for support and service live. You are proactive, committed, flexible, and solution-oriented to support individuals in their daily activities and leisure activities.
We work with people's abilities regardless of disabilities, and each resident has an active leisure life.
The working hours are scheduled for all hours of the day, and we have on-call duties, which means you sleep at the workplace and wake up if needed.
Applicants should have experience working with individuals with disabilities and relevant education in the field. You work well in a team but also take your own initiatives and responsibility. You have the ability to be professional while also building relationships with the residents.
A driver's license is required.
Applications without relevant education will not be considered. Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is required.
